In brief, my PhD Thesis [work in progress] concerns face-to-face encounters between frontline public sector employees and young men from ethnic minority backgrounds in and around an urban neighbourhood in Denmark. The main focus of my thesis concerns 'trust building' between the young men and the public sector employees.
