About

I work on issues of nationalism, multiculturalism and related themes within political philosophy and theory, including issues about immigration, the politics of recognition, toleration and secularism.

I am associate professor in practical philosophy at Roskilde University. Simultaneously, I am affiliated researcher at the Centre for the Study of Equality and Multiculturalism (http://cesem.ku.dk/) working on the European seventh framework program research project RESPECT (http://www.respect.iusspavia.it/). Finally, I am co-editor of the journal Res Publica ( http://www.springerlink.com/content/104969/ ).
